Each Atomiade is the occasion for everyone to practice sports with fellow members from other research institutes, willing to share and spread sporting values.
Every three years, the event welcomes ever more people coming from all over Europe.
Sport will be in the spotlight all along the weekend, with various activities adapted to all: team or individual sports and non-competitive sports to discover.

Mornig: team evaluation
Teams of 3 archers with at least one female archer, all age categories and types of bows are mixed. The total points of the third male archer in a team which enters without a female participant, are multiplied by the factor 0,9.
• 12 x 3 arrows over a distance of 50 m on a card with 80 cm diameter for every type of bow
• 12 x 3 arrows over a distance of 30 m
• on a card with a diameter of 80 cm for classical bows
• on a card with a diameter of 60 cm for compound bows
Afternoon: individual Evaluation (female and male separately)
The individual evaluation is separated into age categories and types of bows (classic bows and compound bows are separated from bows without sights).
Test shots
2 x 3 arrows at the beginning of every 50 m – distance.
Warm-up
The warm-up period of 45 minutes is permitted and must end 15 minutes before the start of the competition. The warm-up takes place at a distance away from the competition.
Shooting Time
The archers have 2 minutes to shoot 3 arrows.
Sequence
Four archers share one target. Two archers shoot simultaneously in rotation as follows:
AB – CD ; CD – AB ; AB – CD ; etc.

Rules
The equipment must be in accordance with the current rules of the International Roller Sports Federation, the Technical Speed Committee. Roller skates with 5 in-line wheels with a maximum diameter of 110 mm are allowed. Skates with two sets of wheels may also be used. The skates may be equipped with a brake.
Helmets must be worn.
The first to arrive wins, touching a competitor is forbidden and may result in disqualification.

What’s surfing?
The instructor will introduce you to the basics of bodyboarding and flowboarding (good positioning, movement, tricks accessible to all, safety rules). The 2 teams are mixed for this discovery part.
– Duration : 30min
Challenge: 2 teams of 4 people compete at the same time ( one team per half wave )
– Duration: 30 min
Challenge n°1 : Bodyboard relay
Objective: Fill the bucket with a cup. Each participant goes down on a bodyboard and tries to pour the contents of the cup into the bucket in turn.
Winner: the team that fills the bucket first or the most at the end of the time
Challenge 2: Walking against the current
Objective: To walk down the wave against the current and then pass the baton to a teammate.
Winner: The team whose participants all reach the bottom of the wave first
Challenge n°3 : Stand or fall (timed challenge)
Kneeboard start in a chain between teammates
Objective: The wave is off. At the start, stay up the longest you can with your team.
Winner: The team that has resisted as long as possible with its 4 participants.
Challenge n°4 : The most beautiful pyramid
Objective : To make the most beautiful pyramid while balancing on the bodyboards with all teammates The instructor will show examples to try to reproduce and will be the only judge to decide the winner
